数学 in the 共同核心

At Harvey Mudd College, all students take at least two semesters of mathematics, regardless of their major. These two semesters are known as the 共同核心 mathematics courses.

核心课程

For the classes entering fall 2022 and beyond, the two semesters are

1. MATH019 HM – Calculus
2. MATH073 HM – Linear Algebra

MATH055 HM – Discrete 数学, MATH082 HM – Differential Equations, and other math courses are often taught during 夏天的数学.
